Ziv Radio Productions first syndicated the detective series Manhunt in 1945. Detectives Drew Stevens, played by Maurice Tarplin, and Bill Morton, played by Larry Haines, left no stone unturned as they hunted down their man.

There were seventy-eight rapid fire fifteen minute complete manhunts in the transcribed series.
